Chico deserves proactive and transparent leadership that delivers on the promise to keep our City affordable, improve shelter options, and finally fund our roads. The current City Council majority routinely acts against the interest of Chicoans, deferring decisions, cutting backroom deals, and increasing costs for everyone.
